Beautiful, Devon DIY wedding in the sunshine

Andy and Charlie’s wedding was such a joy to capture – a day full of sunshine, laughter, music, and love, set in the heart of the beautiful Devon countryside.

The couple first met online and have since built a wonderful blended family together. Surrounded by their closest family and friends, they celebrated their wedding in the charming village of Stockland, with the village hall and its stunning grounds providing the perfect backdrop.

The ceremony was held outdoors, with guests seated on rustic hay bales, adding a relaxed and personal touch to the day. The sun shone from morning to evening, bathing the celebrations in golden light that made the whole day feel truly magical.

After the vows, everyone gathered for a relaxed party filled with good food and incredible entertainment. In the evening, guests enjoyed fresh pizza before hitting the dance floor. Nikita Louise kept the energy high throughout the day, performing an amazing set of nostalgic pop punk favourites from the 2000s, while The Red Cups brought the night to life with fantastic live music.

It was such a pleasure to be part of Andy and Charlie’s wedding day. A beautiful setting, a lovely couple, and a whole lot of fun – I couldn’t have asked for more as their photographer.
