Inclusivity Policy

At Howard South West, I believe that everyone deserves to have their story captured with dignity, respect, and authenticity.

I am committed to creating a welcoming, inclusive, and safe environment for all clients, regardless of age, race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, disability, neurodiversity, gender identity, gender expression, sexual orientation, relationship status, body size, appearance, or socioeconomic background.

My Commitment

  • I will treat every client with kindness, respect, and professionalism.

  • I will use preferred names and pronouns and encourage open communication about individual needs and preferences.

  • I will work to ensure my sessions are accessible wherever possible and will discuss reasonable adjustments to help clients feel comfortable and supported.

  • I celebrate diverse families, relationships, cultures, and identities, and I strive to represent them authentically in my work.

  • I will continue to educate myself on inclusive practices and challenge unconscious bias within my business.

A Safe and Respectful Experience

I expect all clients, guests, and collaborators to treat one another with respect. Discrimination, harassment, bullying, or hateful behaviour of any kind will not be tolerated.

Photography Style

My aim is to create images that reflect who you are. I welcome conversations about cultural traditions, accessibility requirements, sensory needs, body confidence concerns, and any other factors that may help me provide a positive and personalised experience.

Continuous Improvement

Inclusivity is an ongoing commitment rather than a destination. I welcome feedback from clients and will continue to review and improve my practices to ensure my business remains a place where everyone feels valued, respected, and seen.

Thank you for trusting me to tell your story.
