What areas do you cover?

I’m based in Launceston, Cornwall, and photograph weddings and sessions across Devon, Cornwall and the wider South West. Coast, countryside, city venues or private estates, I’m happy to travel wherever your plans take you.

What’s your photography style?

Modern, natural and quietly editorial. Clean composition, true-to-life colour, and honest moments, with gentle guidance where it helps. Nothing stiff, nothing overworked, and never anything that pulls you away from your day.

Do you photograph more than weddings?

Yes. Engagements, couples, families, personal branding and commercial photography.

How long have you been a photographer?

I photographed my first wedding in 2011 and went on to shoot many more alongside portrait and commercial work. Photography has always been my constant, and I still feel lucky that it’s what I get to do.

Do you offer engagement shoots?

Absolutely. A relaxed session in a location you love, perfect for getting comfortable in front of the camera and creating beautiful, natural portraits ahead of the wedding.

How do we book you?

Send your date and venue, and I’ll come straight back with availability, collections and next steps. Booking is simple and secure.

Can we meet before the wedding?

Yes. We can meet in person if you’re local, or book a calm Zoom chat. I’m also happy to help with timings and how the day will flow for the best light.

Do you work alone or with a second shooter?

Most weddings are photographed solo, with the option to add a second shooter for larger celebrations or broader coverage.

What equipment do you use, and do you have backups?

I photograph with a high-end Canon mirrorless system, using professional L Series lenses. I shoot with two camera bodies on the day for seamless coverage and built-in backup, and your images are backed up carefully throughout, with multiple copies created from the start.

How long until we get our photos?

A preview gallery arrives within 1 week. Your full hand-edited gallery is delivered within 4 to 6 weeks, season depending, often sooner.

Will we receive high-resolution images?

Yes. You’ll receive a private online gallery with high-resolution downloads plus web-ready versions for sharing. Full-day coverage also includes a personalised engraved USB in a presentation box for safekeeping.

Are you insured?

Yes, fully insured. I’m also DBS checked and qualified in emergency first aid.
